Anal Dildo Sex Is As Easy As 1 2 3

Anal dildo fucking is easy, but there are a few things you need to know

Just follow these three simple steps:

Anal fucking. Long, slow strokes over and over

Anal fucking. Long, slow, deep thrusts over and over.
Nothing makes me feel more helpless than feeling that dildo go in and
out of my ass. I can feel my asshole stretching, then when she pops it out
and then thrusts in again, that painful stretch comes over and over.
After a while it starts to feel good, then very good and I get rock hard.
Then, if I am lucky, she jerks me off while the dildo moves in and out.

  1. Use good lube and a lot of it.
Unlike the vagina, the anus does not provide any natural lubrication. The tissue inside the anus is thin and can tear (not to mention the pain) if enough lube isn't used. If you are using a silicone toy, you can use any kind of lube other than a silicone-based material (silicone-based lubes will erode and eventually disolve a silicone toy). Petrolium jelly, water-based lubes (KY, etc.), or even vegetable shortening (Crisco) are possibilities. Latex (rubber or "jelly") toys require a water-based or silicone lube. Eros brand Power Gel is the best anal (or vaginal) lube I have ever used. It is a combination of silicone and water-based lubes. It is probably safe for silicone toys too. I have been using it on mine for well over a year with no noticable deterioration. Cheap Lubes (click here to visit) offers a great selection at the lowest prices I have found. No matter what lube you choose, don't be stingy. Use Plenty.

  2. Start small and work up in size slowly.
Many people get turned off to anal penetration because their introduction to anal play was with something too big to comfortably handle.  Even if your interest in anal play is part of a domination / submission relationship, painful anal training is not a good idea. Remember, anal training is about educating the sphincter muscles to relax, and that takes time. Each session requires some anal "warm up". Start with a lubed fingertip and gently work your finger, and the lube, into the anus. Wearing a rubber glove is a good idea. It protects the delicate anal tissue from rough skin or fingernails and keeps the finger clean (it is never safe to put a finger into an asshole and then use the same finger in a vagina or mouth. There is danger of infection. Always wear gloves or thoroughly wash hands after anal contact). If you have long nails, a cotton ball in the fingertip end of the gloves will protect the anus from the sharp nails.

Start with a small dildo or butt plug. Use it over a period of time until it is easily accepted if inserted at a slow, steady pace. Then move up in thickness by 1/4 to 1/2 inch in diameter. Llength isn't really much of an issue. A penetration depth of 7 or 8 inches is easy for most people. Of course, if you feel resistance, stop at once. As a rule of thumb, if you use the insertion toy 3 or more times a week, you can move up in size after 4 to 6 weeks. Don't rush things. It's like weight lifting; increase size slowly to train the anal muscles.

  3. Encourage feedback and listen to it.
The object of anal play is pleasure.  Encourage the recipient to let you know what feels good and what doesn't.  Aside from being more exciting, hearing about pleasure or pain is a great way to learn the best way to work with your partner. If pain is experienced, the first thing to do is stop and slowly withdraw the toy about half the distance it was inserted. Wait a minute or two and see if the pain doesn't stop. Very often anal pain is caused by no lube. Withdrawing halfway and reinserting slowly is a good way to add more lube. If pain continues, slowly (never quickly) withdraw the toy entirely. Wait at least 48 hours before trying again, perhaps with a smaller toy. Patience will reward you in the end, or more acdurately, his or her end.

The more you know, the better you will be.
There are some very good sources of information about anal play. The best book on the subject is Anal Pleasure and Health, third edition by Jack Morin, PhD. It's clear easy-to-understand and authoritive. Morin bases his advice on solid scientific information. He is kink-friendly and covers all of the essential information on this important subject.

Remember that trust is critical. A scared ass is a tight ass. Make sure you and your partner are warm, comfortable, and feel safe. The less experience you have, the more important developing trust and comfort becomes. Take your time. That is the single most important point to remember. Never let the heat of the moment rush you. Anal play requires patience and a clear head. Most of all, have a great time!
